Mindfulness
for Stress Reduction & Wellbeing
A course for people suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, or simply looking for powerful yet simple ways to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing through meditation and daily Mindfulness practice. This programme is based closely on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as taught in the Bangor University programme. We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer 2 alternative formats; 8 weekly sessions plus day retreat, or 3 linked day retreats.
