I'm Chris Bowles, and I run Breathing Space Personal Growth Ltd, based in Bristol in the South West UK. I offer Mindfulness courses and wellbeing retreats as well as individual coaching for people who are suffering from stress and burnout or who simply want to make positive life changes.
