Welcome! Breathing Space Personal Growth runs regular Mindfulness courses in Bristol and the South West UK incorporating Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)& Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as well as our new programme of Mindfulness for the Menopause. We also offer 1:1 Mindfulness coaching, wellbeing retreats, stress management & wellbeing coaching. Our self help resources are available for people who are suffering from stress and burnout, or who want support in being more creative, making positive life changes or simply feeling happier and more relaxed.
