How I work..
I offer a free, introductory
half hour session, face to face or by telephone, depending on your
location, to explore the issues you'd like to work on during coaching.
If you decide to go ahead, I will work with you to:
- Identify ways of improving your life balance and wellbeing
- Evolve strategies to overcome internal and external obstacles
- Teach you how to overcome limiting and stressful thinking patterns
- Develop relaxation and meditation skills for calm and clarity
You will benefit from powerful coaching
questions, practical problem solving techniques, relaxation and
guided imagery to help you make positive changes, with audio materials
and workbooks to help you on your way.
Coaching can be arranged
in the daytime or evening to suit your schedule, and is payable
on a session by session basis, with discounts for prepayment of
6+ sessions. Payment is by cheque or Paypal.

Need some down time to relax and reflect? Held in calm and beautiful
locations, these one day breaks will teach you to balance mind,
body, spirit and emotions using the unique Four Elements map and
coaching model. You will also have an opportunity to practice effective
techniques for relaxation, mental clarity and peace of mind.
Mindfulness
Meditation courses
Mindfulness meditation is derived from the Buddhist Vipassana
tradition, and has been used with great success in clinical settings
since the 1980s to reduce stress and depression and manage chronic
pain. But you don't have to be stressed or depressed to benefit!
Mindfulness teaches us moment by moment awareness, allowing us to
be open to change, to manage negative thoughts and feelings, and
to develop greater appreciation and enjoyment in our day to day
lives.
Life Balance
and the Four Elements draws on visionary work and the creative
arts to deepen your relationship with the four archetypal Elements
that underlie many systems of personal and spiritual development
throughout the world. Learn how to use the Elemental Map to assess
and redress the balance of your life and to enhance wellbeing in
mind, body and spirit.
Healing and Relaxation
through Sound Workshops with Heartwaves resonant sound
ensemble, exploring the therapeutic qualities of sound and voice,
using simple instruments, deep listening and group vocal exercises
to revitalise the body and calm the mind.
