1:1 Mindfulness training

If you suffer from stress, anxiety or recurrent depression, you could benefit from Mindfulness meditation. This simple but profound form of meditation can help you to cultivate a calmer, more balanced perspective on life's ups and downs, a kinder, more compassionate attitude towards yourself and others, and a deeper sense of contentment with life as it unfolds.

Mindfulness is usually taught as a structured programme of seated, lying and moving meditation practices that you can integrate into your daily routine.

Most courses are delivered in groups - but maybe you'd find it difficult to fit regular course dates into your schedule? Or maybe you'd prefer targeted, individual support? No problem! We can arrange 1:1 training for you here in Bristol, at times to suit you, with full course materials and the opportunity to join others in a day retreat.

You can pay session by session (£45 for 1.5 hours) or get a special discounted rate of £300 by paying for the full course in advance.Either way, if you commit yourself to the full 8 weeks, your course fee will entitle you to attend a full day retreat.

Do you need support in identifying and achieving your life goals?

How I work..

I offer a one hour introductory reduced rate coaching session at only £20, face to face in Westbury on Trym, Bristol or by telephone, depending on your location, to explore the issues you'd like to work on during coaching, and get you started. If you decide to go ahead, I will work with you to:

  • Identify ways of improving your life balance and wellbeing
  • Evolve strategies to overcome internal and external obstacles
  • Teach you how to overcome limiting and stressful thinking patterns
  • Develop relaxation and meditation skills for calm and clarity

Coaching can be arranged in the daytime or early evening to suit your schedule, and is payable on a session by session basis at £45 per hour. However, if you prepay for 6 sessions you will pay only £230, a saving of £40. Payment can be arranged by Paypal if preferred.

You will benefit from powerful coaching questions, practical problem solving techniques, relaxation and guided imagery to help you make positive changes, with audio materials and workbooks to help you on your way.
